Clean categorization, reconciled accounts and monthly financial reports done right and on time every month. This is our most cost-effective package for turnkey bookkeeping and works best for businesses with consistent, predictable transactions.

Essential Bookkeeping includes:

  • Transaction categorization through QuickBooks Online bank feeds
  • Transactions are categorized based on historical trends
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Monthly profit and loss statement
  • Monthly balance sheet

Core Bookkeeping with Advisory Support

For business owners who have more complexities in their books. Core Bookkeeping includes everything in Essential plus an ongoing advisory relationship with experienced accounting professionals who are genuinely invested in the health of your business.

Running a business means making a lot of financial decisions on your own, often while wearing every other hat in the company too. Core Bookkeeping clients have a trusted team in their corner. Not just to keep the books clean but to be a sounding board when questions come up between sessions.

Core Bookkeeping includes:

  • Financial report review and oddity identification each month
  • One off question availability between sessions because questions do not always wait for scheduled meetings
  • Yearend financial review before sending books to your tax preparer
  • Service profitability tracking. Matching income and expenses to specific services so you can see the true profit on each one
  • Asset tracking and entry including journal entries for purchases and sales
  • 1099 compliance including W9 and COI process setup and an alert when needed
  • 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC issuance at year-end
  • Worker’s compensation audit support
  • Invoicing support on a transitional basis as needed
