Essential Bookkeeping
For businesses with straightforward, predictable transactions. We categorize and reconcile your accounts each month, you answer a few quick questions right in QuickBooks, and your monthly profit and loss and balance sheet arrive on time. Our most cost effective option. Need guidance beyond the books? Advisory support is available anytime and billed separately, or included in Core Bookkeeping.
Core Bookkeeping with Advisory Support
For businesses with more moving parts. Everything in Essential, plus a team in your corner who:
- Reviews your reports each month and flags anything unusual
- Tracks profitability by service, so you can see where to focus your time and energy
- Answers quick questions about your books between sessions, because questions do not always wait
- Lets you know when vendor information needed for 1099s appears to be missing
- Reviews your year end books before they go to your tax preparer
- Asset tracking and entry including journal entries for purchases and sales
- 1099 compliance including W9 and COI process setup and an alert when needed
- 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC issuance at year-end
- Worker’s compensation audit support
- Invoicing support on a transitional basis as needed
